Dirty Harry's Peak — Saturday, Oct. 29, 2022

Arrived at the trailhead at 8am on Saturday. The parking lot was about half full and plenty of room along the road. The restroom was open and stocked with toilet paper. Headed up to the peak. There is about 6” of snow at the top. We didn’t point on microspikes, but considered it on the way down as it was slippery. There was one section where we lost the trail due to overgrown/downed branches and snow, and had to route find our way back, but it was obvious on the way down. Made it to the peak by 10:30am, and after chilling at the top for about 30 minutes, made it back to the parking lot before 1pm. The lot was packed with vehicles down the road a ways.
