After work hike on the first day of February. Darkness falls early and it seems like all my hikes are after dark on weekdays. The swinging bridge that crosses the river was a little slick and there are cones up. A few hidden ice spots on trail also appeared,I i wore foot traction and had no issue’s. The moon was almost full and we were able to hike mostly without headlamps but definitely needed lights as we looped back on the trail that runs parallel to the Spokane River. Hiking next to the river is the gem of this trail! #lovelocaltrails
