Arrived at the Prairie Overlook Trailhead around 8:30 in the morning, and was the first car in the lot. Facilities are clean and stocked. Headed along the Prairie Overlook Trail to the Bluff trail and took the loop counterclockwise, enjoying the wonderful views from the bluff and beach. Bugs were a minor annoyance. Some wildflowers still blooming, adding yellows and deep purple colors to the hillside. Saw many varieties of birds, a snake, a lizard and a seal on my hike today!
