Table Rock — Sunday, Sep. 17, 2023

White. Knuckle. Driving. Everything fine until FR 64, Skyline Drive. Dirt, rocks, 1 narrow lane with deep ruts which I feared would high center my vehicle, a compact SUV with 4 wheel drive. Also scared of steep drop offs along a lot of the route. Took 30 minutes to drive 2 miles. Decided to turn around. On plus side, lovely fall color, a surprisingly large number of wildflowers and knock out views.
