Thought we'd be slick and avoid crowds by going Friday at 2PM. Guess we were wrong! The primary parking lot was full, so had to use the overflow lot. This was likely due to the North Bend Trail Fest happening the next day; assuming many people were evaluating the route before the event.
Anyway, went with our 7yr old, her friend and parent, and our beagle. Due to time constraints, we didn't make it to the peak, but the hike was great. The weather was perfect and mushrooms were abundant throughout the duration of the hike.
