Really felt more like spring. To follow up my last trip report, it warmed up significantly.
No snow or ice on road, when almost exactly a month ago I got stuck in deep snow nearly at the trailhead. Still a rough road from the turnoff with Pinnacle Lake. High clearance recommended.
Some trees still down on the trail, and there is a log jam to scramble over if you want to get see more of Boardman Lake. The water was low enough to cross the log jam easily imo.
