Arrived at the parking lot around 11am on Saturday. Predictably, I had to circle a bit until a spot opened up. There were plenty of other folks on the trail, but it didn’t feel overcrowded.
The trail is in good shape - a bit muddy in spots but nothing difficult to navigate by any stretch. The patch of ice mentioned in the most recent trip report before mine has deteriorated to a short patch of slush that is very easy to walk around. Took right at 2 hours roundtrip (including a 10-15 minute break at the top) on this pleasantly dry winter day.
