Hard to refer to this as a hike, but you're in the mountains, on a trail. This was a second hike of the day as it was eleven years ago almost to the day, only I wasn't carrying any kids this time! Shorter than I remember but just as impressive. I hadn't planned it, but realized it was on the same road as the airbnb I rented for tonight. Sweet quaint cabin in a really great location; nicely decorated, beautiful views of the pasture and mountains, with the sound of the Dosewallips River in the background. As long as you don't mind no running water, this is a great getaway. Amenities include wifi and coffee maker. There's a super clean private port-a-potty nearby.
