Iron Peak Loop, Iron Peak — Sunday, Jul. 22, 2007

Snoqualmie Region > Salmon La Sac/Teanaway

This area didn't get any of the rain that dumped on Western Washington in the past week so it was dry and dusty on the trail. Lots of horses have been up here recently and left plenty behind to step around. The great thing was the absence of any bugs. There are lots of flowers in bloom near and above the pass, but not as spectacular as previous years. Perhaps it's a little late.
