Breakfast Burrito

The breakfast burrito is a classic backpacking staple. One cleaned pot later and you're ready to hit the trail.

PREP TIME / COOK TIME

5 minutes / 10 minutes

Ingredients

  • 4 flour tortillas
  • 1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese
  • Dehydrated eggs
  • 4 salsa packets
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion

Optional: ham, green onions, salt, pepper

Directions

Rehydrate egg according to package directions.

Scramble eggs, onion, cheese and optional ingredients in a pan.

Set tortillas in foil near the flame to warm up.

Put egg mix into warmed tortilla and sprinkle salsa on top.

Roll up and eat!
