Spaghetti & Meatballs in Sour Cream Sauce
If you're looking for a way to kick your spaghetti game up a notch — it's all in the sour cream.

- 1/2 lbs spaghetti
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup dried mushrooms
- 2 cans freeze dried meatballs
- 1/2 cup dry milk
- 2 envelopes (1-3/8 oz each) sour cream mix
- 2 tbsp dry parsley
- 2 tbsp dry shallots
Optional: parmesan cheese, romano cheese
Add mushrooms to 1.5 quarts of water. Let sit 10 minutes, then cover, and bring to a boil.
Meanwhile, add 1 cup of water to sauce bag, mix well and let sit 10 minutes.
Add noodles to boiling water and cook till tender.
Add meatballs, cover, remove from heat, let sit 2 minutes.
Drain noodles, add sauce, mix well and feast.
