Vegetable Beef Stew
This stew will leave your stomach full and happy after a long trek. Add a side of potatoes or rice to really complete the meal.

5 minutes / 20 minutes
INGREDIENTS
- 1/4 cup dried squash
- 1/4 cup dried bell pepper
- 1/4 cup dried mushrooms
- 1/8 cup dried onion
- 1/2 package dried beef gravel
- 1/2 package Lipton Soup Secrets
- 1/2 package beef gravy mix
Optional: instant rice, instant mashed potatoes, cilantro
Directions

Place all ingredients into a pot with about 2 cups of water.

Bring to a boil, then simmer covered for about 2 minutes.

Turn off the heat, and let sit covered for another 10 minutes.

Serve with rice or mashed potatoes, if desired.
