Decided to go hike with a couple friends up to Fisher Lake and Ptarmigan Lakes which isn't listed on the website and I found out why. The trail starts out in great shape but after awhile you run into the junction with many options and there was snow covering the ground up there. (Don't take the Deception Creek trail) We took the next one past that on the left and followed some orange tape someone had put up. This was not much of a trail as a find your own way to the lake. Once at Fisher Lake we continued towards Ptarmigan Lakes. We hit the first of the two lakes and scrambled the rocks on the Westside of the lake and found out way to the second lake. Though the weather wasn't great and at times we had to walk through 1-2 feet of snow. There were some nice views and peaceful with no one else around. We took a different route back and at times found somewhat of a washed out trail that leads back to the junction. For anyone else attempting to go to Ptarmigan Lakes, I suggest when you hit the junction, you stay to the right and follow the washed up path as you can easily get lost going the other way. Make sure you are properly prepared and this isn't for beginners. Overall the elevation gain is not that bad at all and would be a great hike with some better weather.
