Glendale Forest: Engage with a new trail in North Highline

WTA is thrilled to be partnering with King County Parks to help bring new access to a green space in North Highline. There are two upcoming (virtual) info sessions to learn more about the park.

Over the last year, WTA has been working with King County Parks to plan for the opening of a new forested park in unincorporated North Highline. Situated between highways 99 and 509 in Seattle, this new park is just a 5 minute walk from several community gathering places, including Rainier Prep Middle School, Beverly Park Elementary School and Our Lady of Lourdes Church.

You can view the previously recorded webinar with information about the park to get the latest details about the project. We also welcome your thoughts through our feedback survey.

We have three upcoming trail work parties that are open to the public to participate in. These experiences are designed for youth and families, with a shorter day on trail.
