Trailhead & approach: Parked at south side of exit 47 from I-90. Followed Annette Lake Trail to about 3400', then went up.
Weather: Initially overcast - later, mostly sunny; light winds.
Snow conditions: very good. There were good steps in front of us. We didn't put on snowshoes until about 4400' at upper Olallie Meadow.
Avalanche potential: very low; even though we did a fair amount of glissading, very little snow moved with us.
Equipment: Until about 5300' on the NW ridge we used only trekking poles and snowshoes. Those who summited used ice axes. Crampons were not used.
Companions: Melanie, Will, & Amy.
Time: car to summit - 4:40 hrs; car to car - 7:40 hrs.
