This is a short and sweet hike. Starts at the Mt. Si trailhead, so it starts off crowded. At the first sign, you'll see Talus Loop Trail (1.3) to the right. Ignore that for now and just climb up the Mt. Si trail. About 2 miles into it, you'll see another sign with the same Talus Loop Trail to the right. Follow it this time and you'll begin to descend. There is a pretty cool opening that offers views of the mountains on the other end.
Conditions were pretty good. Wet and cold, but very little snow. Not too many people on the trail. We started about 9am and finished around 11:30am. Mostly went at a leisurely pace. Not a very good view as it was very cloudy at the top.
Nothing really spectacular about this loop. Pretty descent climb, but not too thigh burning. If Little Si is packed (as it usually is), give Talus Loop a try!
