Heather - Maple Pass Loop — Sunday, Oct. 12, 2014

North Cascades > North Cascades Highway - Hwy 20

This was an amazing, pretty easy hike!!!!! The loop is great, fall foliage is at it's peak (larches are dropping their needles already though). A light dusting of snow made the scenery even more epic. Despite being socked in by clouds, this was still SO beautiful. We hike counterclockwise per the trail description. Tons of people on the trail, a few dogs, so pretty crowded.
