My mom took me hiking in the Cascades as a kid in the late 70's and 80's. I kept hiking and mountaineering in the 90's and 2000's and brought my own kids into the mountains in the 2010's and 2020's. The PNW is a special place. I will keep hiking until I can't. It never gets old even if I do.
