Hiking Fourth of July Mountain

Climb to the top of Fourth of July Mountain right next to Antilon Lake for wide views of Lake Chelan and the North Cascades. The trail itself is exposed and steep, so bring sun protection on a clear day and consider packing trekking poles.

Getting There

From Chelan, head west on WA-150. In about 5 miles, turn right onto Wapato Lake Rd. In 2.3 miles, veer right onto Upper Joe Creek Rd. In 2.2 miles, the road becomes Grade Creek Rd. The trailhead will be on your left in 1.7 miles.
