Hiking Garfield Gulch

Garfield Gulch is a ravine sandwiched between the residential streets in the north end of Tacoma, fed by springs flowing into the sound. This ravine was shaped by the many springs and streams that ran into Puget Sound. This area was heavily logged in the past, and a portion of it was filled in with soil and built over.

short trail that WTA has worked on runs in the ravine.
