Hiking Harbor Family Park

Though the park itself is not very big, the trail network is relatively extensive given its size, with a couple of miles of trails for hikers to explore. Hikers can also enjoy the variety of birds and other wildlife they may encounter in the forest.

Getting There

From Gig Harbor, head southwest on Wollochet Dr. At the stoplight in about 2.5 miles, continue straight onto 40th St NW. In 0.7 mile, turn left onto 70th Ave NW. At the end of the road (right as you hit a T-junction), the gravel parking lot will be on your left. 

The park is open year-round from 7 a.m. to dusk.
