Hiking Indian Creek

A trail that travels through the William O Douglas wilderness and connects Indian Creek Campground to Deep Creek Horse Camp.

From the trailhead, the route traverses for 2.2 miles until it gets to a crossing of Indian Creek. Past the creek, steep switchbacks climb to a plateau of meadows and lakes aptly named Mosquito Valley. At the other end of the trail, accessing it from Deep Creek Horse Camp, the trail reaches the same meadowey plateau after a steep rugged climb.
