Hike up a ridge trail branching off from the Jack Creek Trail. Jack Ridge climbs 1900 feet using a switchbacked trail to ridgetop views of the Icicle Creek Valley before dropping down to Trout Creek and an intersection with the Eightmile/Trout Creek Trail.

Getting There
The Jack Ridge trail is an offshoot from the Jack Trout trailhead, which is accessed off Icicle Creek Road just west of Leavenworth. From Leavenworth, head southwest on Highway 2 W for 0.8 miles, then turn left onto Icicle Road (Forest Road 7600) and continue straight for about 16 miles. Stay left on Forest Road 7600 after passing the trailhead for Icicle Gorge. Then take a left on Forest Road 615.
