Getting There
From I-5, take Exit 230 and follow it west on Highway 20 for 12 miles. Cross the bridge to Fidalgo Island and follow signs for Whidbey Island. Cross over the Deception Pass bridge and into Deception Pass State Park. Signs will take you to the West Beach parking lot. The trail begins at the south end of the lot.
