Trail is currently snow free. The for part of the trail up to 4th of July pass is in great condition and there are a couple of streams that can be used to refill water. At some point, the trail becomes unmaintained and has a lot of fallen trees but nothing too hard or dramatic to pass. The trail is in general is easy to follow, except for one spot where there were a lot of fallen trees and the navigation app helped me get oriented. The trail climbs pretty gently except for the last ~700 feet elevation where it becomes steep and a little exposed. Took me a total of 4:20 h from my car to the peak
