Northridge Park Trail — Tuesday, May. 27, 2025

Got my car oil changed and then was really feeling the need for a nice walk before I drove back home. Lucky for me, this was less than 5 minutes away from the oil change store!

A very nice residential trail with a main loop that connects to several nearby neighborhood trails and even down to the Big Rock Garden! I kept it short and just spent about 20 minutes walking through the main loop and enjoying the peace of an urban trail. No chance for views of Baker or Lake Whatcom, but a wide variety of plant and bird species on the walk! Very well signed and what a treat to have trails that are this green and beautiful in our backyards.

Located on a bus line (phone won’t load to tell me which one) and not far at all from downtown Bellingham.
