Very, very little snow on the mountain for this Christmas Eve hike to the stop sign/snow barometer of Bald Knob. Still a fun little excursion, but I left the snowshoes at home and ended up just carrying the microspikes. What little snow is up there was very slushy/not icy. Hopefully this will change soon!
