Parked at Oxbow Loop and headed up Bessemer. Trail is straightforward and in good condition. The first snow began at around 3200 feet, with intermittent patches at 3500 and snow covering the trail for the duration after 4000 feet. Several snowshoe and boot prints guide the way. The upper reaches have a few feet of snow that was soft and melting rapidly, be careful of postholeing and thin snow bridges. Encountered a couple of easily passable blowdowns and creek washouts. Used spikes above 4000 feet. Fantastic views of the Snoqualmie Region, Tahoma, the Puget Sound, and the Olympics.

You too! Wishing I headed over to Moolock now, could’ve used your postholes and followed the track!
