Day hike
Started out toward Myrtle Falls from the parking lot at about 6:30. Its suprizingly cold with the wind blowing and the sun still behind the mountain. From the falls we back-tracked to the waterfalls/dead horse creek trail. Then we looped around and came back to the parking lot from the west end near the old visitor center.
Lots of deer. A couple on the drive up, and several were out around the trail.
We only hiked a mile or two, but the scenery never dissapoints at Paradise.
