Bridle Trails State Park — Monday, Jul. 4, 2022

Puget Sound and Islands > Seattle-Tacoma Area

Arrived around 8:30 and there were only 6 or so other cars in the lot. There are 3 angle parking spaces and the rest is parallel parking around the edge, leaving room in the middle for horse trailers. Nice trail near home to stretch our legs. Took two little dogs and we saw a handful of other dogs, all leashed and well behaved. Saw three horse riders on the trail. I saw the most red huckleberries I’ve ever seen on this trail! Also a fair amount of salmonberries. On one of the inner trails we took a tree has fallen over the trail but was easy for our dogs to walk under and humans to step over.
