I hiked the Coyote and Raven trail in the early afternoon, and the trails were in good condition. There is a construction closure on a section of the Coyote trail during weekdays that has multiple signs posted to warn of it, and the detour section was easy to follow.
The parking lot was mostly empty when I arrived around 1pm, but was getting fairly full by the time I left around 4. That had more to do with a horse training session going on than with hiking, though; I encountered around 10 other hiking groups. There's also a warning posted that a black bear has been sighted in the area, but I saw several dogs being walked with no problems (plus one horseback rider), so not a huge danger.
