Wahclella Falls — Friday, Nov. 11, 2022

This hike is absolutely gorgeous! Parking lot is quite small for how popular this trail is. There is room for some cars to line up the road near the entrance, but I would suggest coming at an off time or during the week. The trail was fairly busy but unsurprising for a holiday Friday. It's muddy in a few spots, and there are a few trees down across the trail if you do the full loop. The falls are still easily accessible if you stay right at the fork and come back the same way. Fall foliage makes the whole trail extra beautiful right now, but of course the star of the trail is the falls themselves. I've seen countless photos of them, but they could never do justice to the real thing! An absolute must-do trail if you find yourself near the Portland area.
