We drove to Ashel Curtis snow park. We were the first car there at 9:15 and it was not clear to us where to park. We put our snow pass on the dash and parked on the side of the road near the barriers to the path to the trailhead. When we returned, others had followed suit. We hiked close to 8 miles including 2 miles each way on a paved road to and from the trailhead. From there it was packed snow. Microspikes and poles were super helpful and made it an easy but fun hike. Falls surrounded by snow, were beautiful. Will come back next winter when the falls are frozen.
