We’ve driven by this trail for years, so today we made it our destination.
Headed up the trail at about 1045. We took the last proper spot in parking area, with about 23 cars alongside us when we finally got started. Trail is all up hill as others have said, but was delightfully short and came with rewarding views at the top.
Had lots of company on this hike, plenty with dogs and kids ( all ages!). My 9yo kiddo had a sling on, and did fine both up and down, but mind your footing, as there are definitely rooty/ rocky sections at times.
Over all, a great little hike.
