We pedeled our (non-e) bikes from Orting to Buckley, turned around and coasted back. This is SUCH a great bike path. Plus so much more. Especially around Orting, the trail is busy with walkers, baby strollers, kids on push bikes, dogs, joggers, serious fast bikers, and slow go cyclists like us. But the crowd thins quickly as the trail heads out along the Carbon River and Prairie Creek. There is a lovely coffee stop in South Prairie, and great bridges and trail structure as you get close to Buckley. A real A+ of a rails to trails situation here.
