Fall colors and blue skies were amazing on our hike up Thorp Creek to Thorp Lake. The trail is in good shape, but a little brushy in places. The side trail to Thorp Lake has some large trees on and across the trail, but they are easily bypassed. Most of Thorp Lake is quite shallow, but still very picturesque. A very nice option for a day hike on a gorgeous fall day.
