This multi-use trail meanders through mature forest to connect with the Boundary Way trail to expansive views of the North Cascades and Mount Baker.
Beginning from an old clear cut on the Damfino Lakes Trail, hikers will quickly enter mature forest. In less than a mile, (0.7 miles to be exact), you'll encounter a junction. Here, take a left to get onto the Canyon Ridge Trail. After just a half mile, you reach a junction with the Boundary Way trail. Here, take another left to continue on the Canyon Ridge Trail.
Views from here are of the Canadian mountains, Canyon Creek Valley, Tomyhoi Peak and Bearpaw Mountain as well as Mt. Baker.
Note: Despite being open to motorcycles and bicycles, this route receives minimal maintenance. Route finding may be required.
