We recently went in search of delicious ways to stuff a tortilla on trail. . (Waffles are a revelation.) Illustrator (and WTA volunteer) Rebecca Jensen turned a few of those into this recipe reference.

Peanut butter granola roll-up

- Nut butter of your choice (peanut, almond or cashew butter)
- Dried fruit
Make waffles for breakfast and use them again for lunch with fantastic idea from Rashel Fitchett
- Homemade waffle layered with peanut butter, frozen strawberries, & sweetener (Splenda, stevia, agave, honey, etc).
- Roll it up and use suran wrap & tinfoil to keep it together.
