Win a Golden Roll! We’re offering hikers the chance to win a Golden Roll, for those who follow the “golden rule” on trail by “doing unto others as you would have them do unto you.” And who doesn’t want to know about how the trailhead toilets are? Through the month of February, submit a trip report on the WTA website mentioning bathroom conditions for a chance to win a golden roll of toilet paper.
Road closures: Railroad and Preston Creek Roads in the Chelan and Entiat ranger districts within Okanogan-Wenatchee National Forest are closed until further notice due to storm damage.
Cape Disappointment: Cape Disappointment State Park is undergoing renovations through late spring, and parts of the park will be closed, including all campgrounds and access to Waikiki Beach and the North Jetty. The Lewis and Clark Interpretive Center, North Head Lighthouse and Beard’s Hollow all remain open.
