The days are closely aligned with the fee-free days on federal lands that we reported on in October, with a few exceptions. They only pertain to Washington State Parks, and not to other state lands that require the Discover Pass. Discover Pass legislation in 2011 allowed for up to 12 fee-free days at Washington State Parks each year.
