Gear Request Form - Puyallup Gear Library

1. Please download the gear catalog Excel spreadsheet and fill in the number of items you would like to request.
2. Then, upload your saved spreadsheet to this form.

WTA focuses on prioritizing our core priority audience with availability to the gear library. We accept requests several months out for our core priority audience who serve youth who attend schools where 40 percent or more of the students qualify for free or reduced price lunch and/or schools that have a student body with at least 40 percent students of color.

If you do not serve this audience, please still submit a gear request when you are ready.  Expect a confirmation one month before your outing. If you don’t hear from us then or if you have any questions prior, please send us an email for more clarification.

PLEASE NOTE:

Our team is thrilled to announce that we're transitioning to a new inventory and gear request system. The new system will be facilitated through MyTurn, a cloud-based reservation platform. This system is accessed through WTA's MyTurn website where you can browse the inventory and request gear for your trips.

Starting March 1, we will transition away from Excel and will start accepting gear requests through MyTurn. 

• If you are requesting gear for a trip before March 1, submit a gear request using our current system with Excel 
• If you are requesting gear for a trip after March 1, you will use MyTurn 

We are hosting gear library orientations to train current gear library borrowers on the new system. Please register for one that works best for your schedule. If you can’t make any of these dates or times, email Sarah at swilliams@wta.org to make alternative arrangements.

• March 14 at 11 a.m.
• March 20 at 4:30 p.m.
• March 26 at 2 p.m.
