We started from rattlesnake mountain trailhead and walked all the way to rattlesnake lake via rattlesnake ledge trail in 4 hours 30 minutes. The trail was in good condition and snow free on both ends. We stopped at grand prospect and east peak for a moment and there were some snow on the ground but not a problem with regular hiking shoes. In the middle section, the trail was detoured to the logging road for about 0.6-0.8 mile and there were signals along the logging road and then we went back to the trail again. If you find a lot of blowdowns and the road becomes harder, it may be the time for you to look at your left side (north) and you should be able to regain the trail there. It rained hard and no views, unfortunately.
