Hiking Cochrane Memorial Park

Nestled in the City of Yelm, Cochrane Memorial Park offers quiet paths, a catch and release fishing pond, a covered picnic area and an educational interpretive center.

Visitors can expect to have a nice place to rest and enjoy peace and quiet, while enjoying an interesting bit of the City of Yelm's infrastructure.

The water reclamation is a central part of the city's water plan; all the water here is reclaimed water and then filtered back into the ground to recharge the aquifer.
