Nestled in the City of Yelm, Cochrane Memorial Park offers quiet paths, a catch and release fishing pond, a covered picnic area and an educational interpretive center.
Visitors can expect to have a nice place to rest and enjoy peace and quiet, while enjoying an interesting bit of the City of Yelm's infrastructure.
The water reclamation is a central part of the city's water plan; all the water here is reclaimed water and then filtered back into the ground to recharge the aquifer.

Getting There
Take exit 116 from I-5 and turn left onto Mounts Road SW. Proceed along here for 3.8 miles, then turn left onto Reservation Road SE. Follow this road for 2.7 miles and at the traffic circle, take the 2nd exit onto WA 510 E. Drive it for 4.2 miles and then stay right to be on the Yelm Highway.
Continue on the highway for 2.1 miles, and turn right onto 1st St. S. After 0.3 miles, turn left onto Mill Road SE.
