Hiking Granite Creek Connector Trail

The Granite Creek Connector Trail provides hikers with an alternative start to a hike along the Granite Creek Trail.

This version of the hike utilizes the Snoqualmie Falls Lumber Company logging road more extensively and climbs along a more gentle grade for the first thousand feet of elevation gain, distributing it over a little more than two miles. It is a hiker-only road-to-trail conversion that was completed by DNR in 2012. Like its newer counterpart, this trail section features views of the Middle Fork Valley and offers two rest stops at log benches. Head northeast, then turn right when the Connector reaches the junction with the Granite Creek Trail.

The Granite Creek Connector Trail connects to the Granite Creek Trail about 1.3 miles into the latter.
