Hiking Rose Park

Just a few miles west of Chehalis, Rose Park provides 21 acres of green space — including a trail and plenty of places for a picnic — for visitors to enjoy. The trail is about a mile long, and there are also horseshoe pits and a volleyball court, if you're looking for something different to do. 

The park is open on weekends from Memorial Day through Labor Day.

Getting There

From Chehalis, head west on WA-6. Continue for about 5 miles, then turn left onto Penning Road. In about a mile, the parking lot will be on your left. 

The park is open on weekends from Memorial Day through Labor Day.
