Nolte State Park — Thursday, May. 7, 2020

My three month old and I were so excited to finally get out of the house and into some real nature after weeks of walking along the shoulder of a rather busy road around our neighborhood. My son very much enjoyed the big trees and the lake was quite beautiful on this sunny day. I appreciated that the trail was in the shade so it was perfect for taking an infant and not having to worry about sunburns.  I think everyone did a fantastic job of social distancing and the park wasn't too crowded.There were a handful of people on the trail which was wide enough for everyone to maintain 6 feet of distance. So far no one has left any trash or anything so please keep it that way.
