Blakely Harbor Loop
Plenty of options for parking to choose from for this scenic and short loop. We chose to park at the east parking lot where there is room for about a dozen cars. Also has a portapotty on site there if you need to suddenly go.
The loop itself is quite pleasant and provides clear views of Blakey Harbor with Seattle's skyline on the horizon. The new jetty bridge - which was installed last fall - is wonderful to cross over. Plenty of sea critters to see underneath as the tide switches into or out of the mill pond. For those unaware, the mill pond used to hold quite a bit of floating lumber back in the day when Blakey Harbor was building and servicing ships. There's alot of history on this hike, but you'll want to read up on it at the historical museum in downtown Bainbridge or on the web.
Overall, a pleasant and short 1.3 mile loop.
