Arrived at trailhead at ~1:15PM on Sunday, June 21. There were just a few parking spots free. Road is completely paved *except* for a few sections that are rough and have rather large potholes. Carefully maneuverable and doable with a sedan, but high clearance recommended. Trailhead toilets are CLOSED.
Trail is well-built and in good condition overall, with just a couple unavoidable mud spots, so be prepared to get your shoes muddy. Grade is moderate so poles aren't necessary but might be useful.
Quite jaunt to the top, we were there in ~35mins. View of the valley is great, but there are only spots for about 10 people at the top, so be considerate if there are people waiting behind you.
