Dosewallips State Park - Steam Donkey Trail — Thursday, Jun. 18, 2020

Bring bug spray! Mosquitos are aggressive and abundant. We were the only ones on the trail and in the parking lot. I wish we would have thought to bring a picnic lunch for the end of the hike as we had the entire open space to ourselves. Pit toilets at the campgrounds are super clean and available. We didn’t see any elk or other wildlife. This hike is full of beautiful foliage and perfect for some quick nature therapy.
