Spectacular hike for families during COVID. We arrived trailhead around 2:30p on a Sunday. Parking lot was big so handful of spots left. Beautiful trailhead right next to river. Next time, we would bring picnic to have on picnic tables near river after hike. Hiking trail was in great condition and elevation was perfect to tire out 9yo and 7 yo kids. Forest is beautiful along trail, and view was worth it. Saw plenty of people of trail, but never felt crowded. Looking forward to exploring this area further!
